- Visualize yourself looking in the mirror with compassion and acceptance

- See yourself giving and receiving love effortlessly
- Visualize romantic love, if that's your intention feeling cherished, valued, and adored
- Feel the emotions: warmth, tenderness, joy, peace, safety, belonging
Important: Don't just see it—feel it. Emotion is the language of manifestation. The more you can embody the feeling of being loved and loving, the more powerfully you attract it.
Step 6: Claim Your Manifestation
When you feel fully immersed in your visualization, speak your affirmation aloud with conviction and gratitude:
"I claim love, compassion, healing, and positive energy. I am worthy of love. I give and receive love freely. My heart is open."
Say it with feeling. Believe it as you speak it.
Step 7: Close Your Ritual with Gratitude
Take three deep breaths. Place your hands over your heart and say:
"Thank you for the love that surrounds me and lives within me. And so it is."
Slowly open your eyes. Sit for a moment before standing.
Step 8: Extinguish Your Candle Mindfully
Use a candle snuffer over the flame to extinguish it. Avoid blowing it out.
