Return Policy for Used Candles

At Surprise Elements, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns for used candles.

Please note the following terms for our return policy on used candles:

Used Candles: Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a candle has been lit, we are unable to accept it back due to safety, hygiene, and quality concerns.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace or refund the item after reviewing the claim and receiving photos of the damage.

Unburned/Unused Products:

If you wish to return an unburned, unused candle, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
